Warranty


We place great value on the quality of our products and do everything we can to deliver them to you in perfect condition. Nevertheless, it is possible that a product gets damaged during transport or another issue arises, which entitles you to a warranty. According to the law, you are required to notify us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty conditions, we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints


It is possible that a situation does not go entirely as expected. We advise you to first report any complaints to us by sending an email to [email protected]. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur.  Additionally, since February 15, 2016, it has been possible for consumers within the EU to file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This platform is accessible via: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled by another authority, you can submit it via the European Union platform.
