Cooling-off period/Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order, for example, because the product does not meet your expectations or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. We will then refund the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. Please note that the costs for returning the product from your address to our webshop are your own responsibility. These costs are approximately €9.00 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories, if reasonably possible. You can notify us of your return by contacting us at [email protected]. The amount due will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product is received in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging shows more damage than necessary to assess the product, a depreciation may be applied. Therefore, we request that you handle the product carefully and return it well-packaged.

Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact [email protected] for this. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you. If it is no longer possible or the package is already being returned, we will need to charge you again for any costs.
