Administration

Usnea Barbata can be used at various times of the year, depending on the needs of the pigeons:

• Breeding and rest period: During these periods, regular administration of Usnea Barbata is a simple way to keep the pigeons in top health without specifically getting them into condition. Use it 2 times a week by dissolving 2 ml in 1 liter of drinking water.
• Preparation for the races: Shortly before the travel period, a more intensive course of 5-7 days is recommended to make the pigeons optimally trichomonad-free.
• Racing period: During the flying season, the product can be used weekly without any problems, but it is recommended not to give heavy medication to maintain the pigeons' natural resistance.

Note: Do not use heavy medication outside the flying season to promote the pigeons' natural resistance. This prevents the pigeons from becoming resistant to certain treatments.
